Super solid AKs

I have both the AKS 74 and AK105. These are actually by STS (successor to MST?). Same basic blaster as the earlier MST products, but with SIGNIFICANT improvements such as mag prime, metal gearing, and simulated blow back (which is surprisingly satisfying). The finish quality is not as high as you'll find on some of the other AKs from Cyma, RX, Alpha King/Creative Pyramid etc, with the nylon finish being a little more raw. That said, it does seem to fit the utilitarian style of the AK quite well. That is where the negatives end though. These things are SOLID. Zero flex from tip to stock, zero creaking from the nylon construction, and next to zero movement from the mag when it's installed in the blaster. Performance out of the box is very impressive too. My AK105 is consistently punching out FPS at around 280. The AKS is putting out mid-260s consistently (considering the barrel is 450mm or thereabouts long, that's very impressive FPS for a stock blaster with such a long barrel). The blasters also have the alloy inner barrel protruding by about 10mm, allowing a hop up to be installed (note that a 39mm Alpha King metal hop up fits perfectly inside the flash hider of the AKS). The timber foregrip on the AKS is beautiful, and a quick rub over with some carnauba or bees wax really brings out the colour). In summary, these blasters are fantastic. Worth every cent.
